A subscription offer makes the relationship with the customer recurring and distributes the service over a period. Sustainability depends on how much it is used and the resources needed. Periodic revenue, isolated from future work, can give an incomplete reading of the commitment made.

It is advisable to describe the activities included and the way in which they are requested. An undefined service can produce different expectations between customer and business. The commercial and contractual conditions must be clear; the management reading observes capacity, frequency of requests and continuity of delivery.

In a hypothetical example, an assistance package involves requests distributed throughout the year. If many arrive in the same week, the need also grows with moderate overall use. Time distribution becomes an important component of supply design.

I propose to compare usage, renewals and work remained open. A customer who uses the service little may not recognize its value. A good recurring offer therefore requires an understandable promise and organizational ability consistent with the behaviors actually observed.
