Discussion of an individual problem may contain information that should not circulate indiscriminately. At organisational level, the general criterion must be distinguished from the details of the case. Information rights and confidentiality obligations require specific verification of the applicable rules.

I propose that communications be prepared from the decision to be understood. What conditions are relevant? What data do you really need? An anonymized example may be useful, but it must avoid elements that still make the member recognizable in the network community.

In a hypothetical example, the explanation of a support can describe expected duration and verifications without reporting customers, debts or personal documents. The collective comparison may relate to the criterion, while the analysis of the case remains in the path appropriate to the actual skills and authorisations.

The quality of communication depends on its relevance. Omitting a detail should not make motivation incomprehensible; divulging it should not be an automatism. A clear structure makes it possible to discuss the use of common resources while maintaining adequate treatment of individual information.
