A school buys a service and does not define who will intervene when it does not work. I propose that we consider training, support and continuity before adoption.
In the example, a failure interrupts an evaluation activity and requires a ready-made alternative. The cost doesn't just coincide with the license.
The project must be sustainable for teachers and students. A useful technology does not transfer every problem to the less prepared user, but provides clear responsibilities and methods of job recovery.
