A citizen sends a document and receives a confirmation, but does not know which passage has been completed. I propose to make distinguishable sending, acquisition and decision.

In the example, a transmission receipt does not mean approval of the request. The clarity of messages reduces misunderstandings.

The service should indicate where to check the status and who to turn to. Digitisation can only improve traceability if technical events are translated into information that is understandable to the people who receive them.
