A school considers a signature to be sufficient to adopt any function of a service. I propose to distinguish information to families, contractual conditions and responsibility of the institute.

In the example, data processing and pedagogical choice require verification of their own. The legal bases must be assessed by the competent person, without presuming them.

Transparent communication is important but does not replace the organization. Adoption must be proportionate to the purpose and provide for an alternative when participation is not appropriate.
