A task requires a function that is only available for a fee. I propose that we prepare school resources or an equivalent alternative before assigning it.

In the example, students work with tools available in the classroom, preventing family spending from determining possibilities. Inclusion also concerns access and time of use.

It is not enough to state that everyone can participate if some do not have the required function. The project must control the concrete conditions and protect those who choose a different path.
